Prestige KIADB has nine residential towers. Each tower is 3B+G+24 floors. That means three basement levels and 24 upper floors above ground. The towers stand 76.55 metres high. They are built on a 12-acre residential enclave within the 32.26-acre township.
The project has about 1,800 homes across 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK formats.
The residential towers share a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse, 50+ outdoor amenities, a central park and a pond.
Karnataka RERA registration for Prestige KIADB is pending. RERA registration is required before the developer can formally accept booking amounts. Once registered, the RERA number will be on the Karnataka RERA portal at rera.karnataka.gov.in.
Under RERA, the developer must update construction progress every quarter on the portal. This lets buyers track tower-wise progress online. Do not make any large payment until the RERA number is confirmed.
