The CRISIL DA1+ rating sits apart from these awards. It reflects the group's financial strength and clear land titles. It also points to steady project execution across sites.

• Stronger resale and rental demand. Homes from award-winning builders tend to hold value better. This helps if you plan to sell or rent the flat later.
